Private Yoga Instruction
Private sessions (one-on-one, couples, small groups) allow personalization, dialogue and feedback not as easily available in large, group classes. In private sessions, practice is adapted to you as you change, enabling safe, efficient progress.
Some of the benefits of a regular yoga practice include:

People come to private yoga instruction to:
* Heal physical and other complaints (e.g. chronic pain, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety)
* Receive instruction at a time, place, and pace that fits them (perhaps as a fun, shared event with loved ones)
* Set aside committed time for yoga
* Lay a strong foundation before beginning group classes
* Supplement instruction received in a group context
* Learn how to practice on their own
* Support life holistically

Classes are held at my home studio in Petaluma, Sonoma County, with yoga props available. The door will be open 5 minutes before your scheduled class so you can settle in. Please arrive on time and allow as much notice as possible if you must reschedule. Rates are for classes of up to four students. For yoga parties and groups larger than that, please email. I can travel to you for an additional $25/half hour of driving.
